Lumina - Chakra Balancing Technique

The chakras are the energy centers of our body through which our vital energy flows. Each of the seven chakras is related to an aspect of our being and influences the physical, mental, and emotional planes.

When our chakra system is balanced, it facilitates a high-vibration state of connection, mental clarity, and an expansion of consciousness, allowing our energy to align with our life purpose and connection to our higher self.

Now that you understand the importance of maintaining chakra balance, I will explain SaSa Holistic's chakra balancing technique, which I call LUMINA, meaning "light bearer."

I offer this practice remotely, as I work with your quantum body (the invisible energy field that influences physical reality and human experiences), which I perceive as a hologram before me. Each session focuses on a single chakra, and I am guided by a planetary consciousness that sustains the energy within the quantum field.

I am making available for the session the chakra energy light pyramid, in the form of a hologram, which I designed in Atlantis. This pyramid contains seven constantly moving lights, each reflecting one of the seven main chakras.
